The Bell Sleeve Trend of 2017

A major  trend alert for 2017… the bell sleeve trend. Blouses with over sized bell sleeves are top of the list this year! Well, if this blouse doesn’t hit the nail on the head, I don’t know what does… not to mention it is under $35!

This look was shot during NYFW, when it was snowing in NYC. Cold was an under statement. If you followed me during NYFW you probably saw that I wore it to the Jill Stuart show and WOW what a killer show that was! Her collection was feminine with deliberate lines, so I thought this top and these wide leg pants would be perfect.
