I wouldn’t exactly consider myself a watch aficionado, but I definitely have the basics of watch culture down pat. I’ve been collecting watches for the last 6-7 years or so, and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed by the timepiece lineup the team over at Wood Watches by JORD has put together. You can really see the culture of professionalism and passion for timepieces in all of thier products.
The watch I’m wearing in this shoot is from their “Dover” series. The two-tone Zebrawood and Dark Sandalwood combination is complimentary and refined. This is an automatic timepiece, so no worries about trips to the jeweler for replacement batteries. This is the first wood watch I have ever tried on, and I have to admit that it’s incredibly comfortable. The lightweight design makes for great wearability, but my only word of caution is its propensity for knicks… after all it’s real wood!
At the end of the day this definitely won’t be the last watch from JORD in my collection. I have got my eye on the Sawyer and Delmar series as well…I’ll be putting in an order soon!
