This is my favorite week of the year, looking forward to spending time with family, friends, and of course drinking wine! On the flip-side, this week also means one thing for all of us…
We eat and drink so much during the month of December, most people put on a good five pounds or so. Thankfully I am currently in my second round of the Faster Way To Fat Loss program during the holiday season which is helping me keep me on track.
A quick little back story, I have never been what pop culture would consider a “thin” person, because I am just not built that way. I have always been a bit thicker and even when I am not working out I’m pretty muscularly dense. As I have eased into my thirties I’ve struggled with my weight and all the emotions that accompany that reality. I have tried all the various “diet programs” including Whole30, Keto, intermittent fasting, no sugar, etc. But at the end of the day, nothing was sustainable and soon thereafter I would just start putting the weight back on. January would roll around again and I would start another round of “diet” becasue that is what we all do but…this is what you call yo-yo dieting, which is actually TERRIBLE for your body.
Fast forward to the past 6 to 8 months and I was in a really dark place in my life emotionally speaking. I had gained so much weight which left me feeling depressed, anxious, unmotivated and stressed. This all culminated with my hair starting to fall out so I went to have testing done with my primary care physician. Results were in and besides my B12 being a little low, she found nothing. What was the answer? How do I pull myself out of this emotional funk? I knew I needed to change my mind frame, and get healthy, I just didn’t know where to start.
I heard about The FASTer Way To Fat Loss back in 2017 and was really intrigued by the program but just didn’t want to spend the money on it. So this past September, I decided I would try intermittent fasting on my own. I thought it would be super difficult to do, but it wasn’t. After a couple weeks of practice, I felt like I had a little more energy but wasn’t really losing much weight. Like I said, I was lost during this time and I specifically remember breaking down one day, praying and asking God to help guide me (wow, I am tearing up now thinking back on how all this unfolded) in different areas of my life. Two weeks later I get a DM from this girl Allie who wanted to talk to me about the FASTer Way program. Now granted, I am a blogger and get quite a few DMs from people to collaborate with different companies, but I just knew this random DM was a sign from God. I talked to Allie on the phone and after learning more about the specifics of the program, I signed up for her next round which started on October 8th. It was the best decision I made all last year and if I had let my fear of failure and doubt get in my way, I would probably still be in that dark place.
Fast forward to about a month ago, I was presented a coaching opportunity with the FASTer Way To Fat Loss. Again, I felt this was also a sign because I love helping empower other women and I knew I could use this platform to coach women and be their partner in hopes they feel better after just a week in this program. I just knew I had to do it. I knew it wasn’t going to be a walk in the park, and it wasn’t. I had to apply, do multiple video interviews, go through a crazy training program, get 100% on each chapter test, then lastly take the final exam and pass with a 100%. It was NOT easy but I knew I could do it because I am passionate about the program and helping other women.
I started my blog as a way to help women feel confident in a new dress, a pair of jeans, or even discovering skincare and all of its benefits. Recently I had been feeling like I wanted to help more, so looking back I knew the FASTer Way came into my life for a reason.
If you are looking to tone, lose weight, gain more energy, have better skin, level out hormones, this program will get you there, I promise. The testimonials are incredible, men and women are coming off so many of their medications, and its also helping with various stomach discomforts, I could go on and on.

Remember, this is after ONE six week round, focusing ONLY on the nutrition/food portion of the program. I am currently in my second round adding in the workouts. I have a ways to go before I am where I want to be, but I absolutely feel SO much better… progress over perfection!!
